Do I need a visa, and can you send a letter of invitation?
Visitors from many of the 48+ countries represented at ICRS need a B-1 visa or ESTA authorization. Once you are registered you can request an official letter of invitation from the Travel page — it is issued within two business days. Apply early: appointment waits vary by consulate.

Where do I pick up my badge?
Registration opens on Tuesday, May 4, 2027, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM at Paris Las Vegas and stays open through the show. Bring the QR code from your confirmation email.
