Ryan is a dynamic leader with a wealth of experience in the car rental industry.

He currently serves as the Director of Fleet & IT at Avis Budget Payless Licensee Association and the Director of Strategic Management & IT at Avis Rent a Car / Bob's Rentals Inc, roles he has held since 2020.

In addition to his corporate roles, Ryan is the President of Honig Group, LLC, a consulting firm he founded in September 2019. Prior to these positions, he made significant contributions as the General Manager of Budget Rent a Car of Las Vegas and as the Director of Revenue Generation & Ops Support at Budget Rent a Car of Southern California. His career with Avis Budget Group began in 2006 and saw him rise through various positions, including Senior Manager of Franchise Operations and Manager of Pricing Systems & Training.

His expertise spans Revenue Management, Forecasting, Operations Management, Organizational Change Management, Strategic Planning, and Franchise Development. He is known for his demonstrated history of increasing responsibilities and proven results.
