Luis is a proud father of two and a beloved husband to a beautiful person. As an enthusiast of innovation and thinking outside the box, Luis believes the car rental industry has the potential to deliver more than conventional norms. Possessing a degree in international commerce, he commenced his journey at MEX in the accounting department a decade ago. Over the years, Luis has assumed various pivotal roles, including Operation Regional Manager, Head of C-SAT, and Contact Center Departments. Presently, he serves as the Business Intelligence Manager.
