Kawish Misier has been a key figure at Top Drive, a company founded by his parents in 1997. Growing from two vehicles to a leading family-owned enterprise in Aruba with five locations, a dedicated team of 35, and a fleet of 200 vehicles, his deep-rooted passion for innovation and excellence has propelled the company's growth and reputation as a market leader.

With extensive experience in management, especially in marketing and innovation, Kawish has led Top Drive to consistent double-digit growth. He holds bachelor's degrees in Marketing Accounting & Finance, along with an MBA in International Business, skillfully integrating academic knowledge with practical business strategies to
expand Top Drive's presence and ensure its sustainable development.

Recognized for his pioneering contributions to the local car rental industry, Kawish is also committed to the community, having served as President of the Chamber of Commerce. An avid tennis and pickleball player, he enjoys competitive games in his leisure time. Under Kawish's leadership, Top Drive continues to set the standard for excellence in the car rental industry in Aruba.
