With over 20 years of experience in the car rental industry, Mr. Lezcano began his career fresh out of college as a Branch Manager for Car Temps USA and Alamo Local Market Edition in St. Petersburg, Florida. Since May 2024, he has served as the Franchise Sales Director for NP Auto Group and NP Franchise Group in Laurel, Maryland. Before that, he was the Franchise Business Development Manager for the same companies from January 2021 to April 2024.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lezcano held key roles in the rental software and corporate sectors. From September 2019 to December 2019, he worked as a Senior Strategic Account Manager for TSD Rental in North Andover, Massachusetts, and from January 2015 to September 2019, he served as an Account Manager for Bluebird Auto Rental Systems in Dover, New Jersey. 

Additionally, he held leadership positions at Payless Car Rental System Inc. in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he served as both Manager of Operations and Director of Corporate Affairs from August 2003 to March 2013. 

Originally from Venezuela, Mr. Lezcano is fluent in both English and Spanish, and has been a speaker, in both languages, in past editions of this event.
