Maria Jose Zuniga is the Executive Director of GEC, a company that operates in Central America. Under her leadership, GEC has achieved remarkable results, experiencing steady growth and establishing a significant presence in Costa Rica. Her strategic approach emphasizes agile operations and cost efficiency, elevating organizational performance and competitiveness. Maria Jose Zuniga is an FIU alumna, she holds a BSc. In Communications and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, specifically contributing to the Costa Rican chapter. Maria Jose is deeply passionate about empowering women and advocating for gender equality within the automotive industry. She envisions her business with a holistic perspective, placing a strong emphasis on contributing to the community as a high-priority aspect.
