Working his way up from washing cars, Jon has real-world experience in just about every facet of car rental. Now, he’s responsible for ensuring all three brands are represented as best as possible and helping partner operators be successful as possible. Through our proprietary rental management system, ASAP, we are able to track Net Promoter Scores giving operators the tools necessary to continually improve and provide the best customer service. ASAP also features integrated GDS and Broker reservations, direct to car rentals, fleet management, tracked SMS/Email communication with the customer, vehicle condition photos, GPS tracking, toll management and ID verification. Along with award winning training from industry veterans, our operators have the tools necessary to ensure sustained success.
