In 2010, Pat pioneered the creation of creation of NextCar & Priceless Car Rental’s On-Line University (RCOLU), a groundbreaking Learning Management System. Initially offering over 300 courses in 9 categories, RCOLU has since evolved exponentially. As of December 2023, Pat proudly announces that RCOLU has an impressive portfolio of over 25,000 courses, spanning 76 categories in more than 53 languages. This transformation provides Corporate and Franchise brands with 24/7 access to a diverse array of training resources.

Furthermore, Pat has played a pivotal role as a Content Expert Advisor, collaborating closely with with NextCar & Priceless Car Rental’s Development team on their awesome ASAP Rent software. In a remarkable feat, she expertly trained over 100 Operation Managers, Counter, and Call Center Agents in less than 30 days, ushering in a new era of unparalleled Technology and Customer Service Excellence.
